Purple Frog Patches Guarantees our Products. If you are unsatisfied or something is wrong with the product you were shipped, we will gladly accept it and refund your order. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
